Following are the main features and a basic guide to ensure successful lodgement and compliance.

MAIN FEATURES

PROCEDURE
1. Submit our webpage with company details, financial data, declaration, and appointing us your registered tax agents.
2. We add you as a tax client with the ATO, and review your tax requirements from ATO online records.
3. A compilation report of your financial data is prepared, and we will request any missing or further info requirements.
4. Your tax return and compilation report is emailed to you for review and signature
5. Print and retain your tax returns and other records for a minimum 5 years.

PAYMENT
1. In order to provide the lowest fees to all clients, payment is strictly required on submission
2. Payment is only by credit card, or a direct bank transfer evidenced by a copy of the transfer
3. You will be notified for prior approval should we believe that further work and cost is required to ensure ATO compliance

FEES - BUSINESS ENTITIES
1. The flat fee is $220 inc GST for all company, trust, & partnership returns, including routine adjustments and enquiries
2. Financial statements are an additional $220, if required, including a bound hard copy forwarded by mail
3. These fees assume that financial data has been properly compiled and reconciled,
4. Additional work is generally charged at $110 per hour, with lower flat rates applying to some tasks/lodgements

FEES - SMSF SUPER FUNDS
1. SMSF fees include the required tax returns, financials, minutes, and an estimated annual audit fee
2. A flat fee of $330 applies to very simple funds with 1 bank or investment account
3. For all larger funds, additional work applies at the rate of $110 per hour, subject to our 50% fee cut guarantee
4. Fees include an estimate for an independant auditor, but trustees remain responsible for any extra audit fees due to compliance issues

FINANCIAL DATA
1. Submit all income & expense totals, plus all asset & liability balances as at 30 June, or
2. Attach & send us copies of your reports that provide this information, or
3. Attach & send us your MYOB, Quickbooks or Excel datafiles to extract the data, or
4. Send your bank records and other documentation for data entry and compilation
