I/we accept responsibility for this information and have taken all reasonable care to ensure the amounts therein are true and correct. I/we understand that ATO penalties may be imposed for any false or misleading statements, and that I am properly authorised to make this declaration for or on behalf of this taxpayer.

Our simple terms are designed for maximum efficiency and to reduce your costs;
1. Pricing is per our published website discount rates, including most extra tasks.
2. Work commences upon payment details. An invoice/receipt is issued on completion.
3. Submissions are reviewed prior to commencing each engagement. BCA reserves the right to decline these for any reason.
4. Credit cards are charged manually, usually on completion, and no card fees apply.
5. You authorise us as your Tax Agents to ensure compliance, including any tasks or work that may incur a further fee. Seek a quote if unsure.
6. Subsequent revisions of returns are possible but attract a smaller revision or amendment lodgement fee unless our error.
7. Refunds are not possible once work starts, nor rely on agreement with tax outcomes.
